Ingredients
2 lbs turkey breast tenderloins
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp maple syrup
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried rosemary (or thyme or sage)
1/2 tsp dried thyme (or marjoram)
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil

Step 1
Combine the olive oil, mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, salt, pepper, rosemary, thyme in a non-reactive container. Marinate the turkey in this mixture for at least one hour, ideally overnight.

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Heat the oil and butter in cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

Sear the turkey tenderloin on each side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.

Place the skillet in the oven and cook for 15-20 minutes until it reaches 155 degrees in the thickest part.
