List of Ingredients:
2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, sliced (or whole)
3 bell peppers, sliced thin (red, yellow, and green)
1 onion, sliced thin
4 garlic cloves, minced
14 oz canned diced tomatoes with green chilies
4 tbsp fajita seasoning (homemade or store-bought)

Add the chicken breasts to the bottom of the slow cooker. Sprinkle with half of the fajita seasoning. Add the peppers, onions, and garlic on top.

Cover with the diced tomatoes and the remaining fajita seasoning. Stir to coat.

Cook on high for 1.5-2 hours or low for 3-4 hours until chicken is cooked through. If you cooked the chicken whole, slice or shred it.
