Step 1
Heat the olive oil over medium high heat. Add the onions and peppers. Cook for 6-8 minutes until tender-crisp. If they begin to burn, add a splash of water to the pan. Remove the peppers and onions and set aside.
Step 2
Add the ground beef and fajita seasoning to the pan. Cook for 6-8 minutes, breaking it up as needed until it is browned and fully cooked. Taste and season if needed.
