Fresh Fruit Popsicles

Made simply with coconut water and a delicious combination of fresh fruits, Fresh Fruit Popsicles are the ultimate healthy treats. These homemade popsicles are wholesome, flavorful, and best of all—they’re kid-approved!

What you need:
- 3 cups coconut water
- 3 cups fresh fruit (I used raspberries, blueberries, sliced kiwis, chopped pineapple, chopped peaches, halved cherries)

Step 1
Layer the fruit in the popsicle mold. Top with coconut water.

Step 2
Cover the mold and insert the popsicle sticks in between fruit pieces. Pop into the freezer for a minimum of 6 hours (preferably overnight). When ready to serve, put the popsicle mold under running hot water for 5-10 seconds for easy removal of the popsicles.
