Step 1
Add the cranberries, cilantro, green onions, and jalapenos to a food processor. Pulse a few times until a chunky mixture forms. It should be finely chopped, but have lots of texture still.
Step 2
Remove the from the food processor and stir in the brown sugar, lime juice, ginger, and salt. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours for the flavors to meld.
