Cranberry Jalapeño Cream Cheese Dip

What you need:

  • 12 oz fresh cranberries
  • 1/3 cup cilantro
  • 1/4 cup green onions
  • 2 jalapenos (seeded and devined for less heat, use half for less spicy)
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  • 1 lime, juice
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, minced
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 8 oz reduced fat cream cheese
  • 4 oz goat cheese

Step 1 In a clean food processor, add the cream cheese and goat cheese. Process until it is smooth and creamy. It should have a whipped texture.
