List of Ingredients:
8 stalks celery (¼ inch diagonal slices, stalks and leaves)
1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
3 tbsp dill, chopped
1.5 tsp fennel seeds (or mustard/caraway seeds)
3 tbsp red wine vinegar
3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp sugar
3/4 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper

In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, fennel seeds, sugar, salt, and pepper.
