Camarones Rancheros, or Ranchero Shrimp, are a spicy Mexican shrimp dish made with tender shrimp sauteed with tomatoes, serrano peppers, onion, garlic, and cilantro. It's ready in less than 30 minutes and packed with flavor.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the onion and serrano peppers. Cook for 6-8 minutes, until beginning to soften and become translucent. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until nice and fragrant.
