Buffalo chicken salad made with cooked chicken breast, Greek yogurt, carrots, celery, and buffalo sauce makes a spicy and delicious lunch.

What you need:
- 1.5 cups cooked boneless skinless chicken breast
- 1/4 cup celery, diced
- 1/4 cup carrots, diced
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
- 3 tbsp reduced fat mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp buffalo sauce (more or less to taste, this is spicy)
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp celery seed

Step 1
Mix together the greek yogurt, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, onion powder, salt, pepper, and celery seeds.

Stir in the chicken, celery, and carrots. Taste and season if needed.
